COVID-19 Updates

Dear Clients,

We are here for you during this uncertain time. As your local trusted insurance agent, we want you to know that we remain open to serve you. While Federal, State, and Local government leaders have implemented many measures to reduce social interactions in hopes of slowing the spread of the COVID-19 virus, we know that no order can stop all the adverse events that cause insurance claims.

During this time, we will be maintaining limited office hours of 10:30 AM to 2:30 PM throughout the week. Additionally, we will be working remotely via rollover communications of our office phones and email, allowing us to respond to your inquiries promptly and professionally.

Technology permits us all the functionality to process policy changes, service claims and bind insurance coverage the same as always. We ask that when possible, interactions be conducted over the phone or via email to help honor the spirit of Gov. DeWine’s order to maximize social distancing but are available to meet with you outside our posted office hours by appointment.

Should you need to process a premium payment, we ask that you DO NOT transmit any credit card or banking information via text or email. Rather, please reach out to us by phone or email, and we will call you back promptly to collect the necessary details. You are welcome to leave any premium payment under our office door, and we will process that no later than the very next business day.
